PACER Consultants' scope of work was to carry out the marine design of MARINA AND LAGOON OBEROI HOTEL located in Hurghada, Egypt as follows :

Review and analysis of the climatic and oceanographic condition
Carrying out the topographic and hydrographic surveys and issued maps
EIA studies were carried by the consultants
Preparing the general layout of the lagoon and marina
Designed and issued tender documents for maritime and other related works
