PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Redesign of HILTON PYRAMIDS GOLF RESORT located in 6 October City, Egypt to meet Hilton specs.
Scope includes architectural design development, architectural working drawings structural design, HVAC and mechanical design, power and lighting design, preparation of tender documents, tendering and evaluation.
The hotel is a 4 stars hotel and recreational anchor in Dream Land complex, 229 rooms, 17 suites, including indoor pools and recreational facilities, with a total area of 35,500 m2.
