PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Architecture and Interior, Landscape Design, Structural design, HVAC and mechanical Design, Theatre scenography design: (Theatre Lighting and Acoustics design, Theatre Machinery Equipment Design.
Restructuring and Renovation of a 1,150 Seat Theatre Designed to host Opera performances as well as musicals with an orchestra pit to be created, the hall functions also as a cinema hall, Plot area 2300 m2, featuring fire alarm system, sprinklers fire fighting system, public address system, emergency underground water tank and stage machinery.
