PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Architecture and Interior, Landscape Design, Structural design, HVAC and mechanical Design, Theatre scenography design (Theatre Lighting and Acoustics design & Theatre Machinery Equipment Design).
Restructuring & Renovation of a 400 Seat Theatre Designed to host Drama performances as well as musicals , Plot area 1,900 m2; featuring fire alarm system, sprinklers fire fighting system, public address system, emergency underground water tank and stage machinery.
