PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Implementing a textile factory for spinning, weaving and dyeing in Damietta Free Zone.

The project includes a spinning, weaving, dyeing & preparation, boiler of water treatment, administration and an infirmary building. Plus a finished fabricated warehouse.

PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Design, supervision and management of the following buildings:

Spinning building with an area of 24,500 m2
Weaving building with an area of 14,920 m2
Finish fabricated Warehouse with an area of 11,340 m2
Dying and preparation building with an area of 10,750 m2
Boiler of water treatment building with an area of 755 m2
Administration building with an area of 1,500 m2
Infirmary with an area of 280 m2
