PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Detailed Planning, Infrastructure detailed design, and Tender Documents.
15th May City is considered one of the most successful new cities that were ever built in Egypt. As a direct result of the city growing population, the need of making job opportunity arises. Noting that the original master plan of the city has included industrial area named 'Central industrial collection area' which tended to be insufficient due to the population growth.
The objective of the project was to make detailed planning and infrastructure design, the tender document for the area.
