PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants have a long cooperation history with the company, during the first cooperation PACER's role was the design review of the electromechanical, utilities and infrastructure networks.
During the second period, our role was to provide the client with the full tender document of the first extension, the tender documents included the architectural, structural and electromechanical designs, specifications and bill of quantities in addition to the site supervision during the construction. Same scope of work is currently in process for the second extension.
GELCY is a manufacturer of Environmental, wood-free and eco friendly pencils according to German technology operating since 1995.
