PROJECT DESCRIPTION

PACER Consultants provided engineering consultancy for the establishment of the fish-processing factory at Aswan.

Fish processing plant capable of processing:

40 tons / day fillet
40 tons /day of de-headed and gutted fish
10 tons / day of round fish
10 tons / day salted fish

The Complex included:

Freezing plant of a total capacity of 40 tons
Cold stores of 1000 tons / day capacity
Fish – meal plant of 40 tons / day capacity
Ice plant of 100 tons / day
Wastewater treatment unit of 2,500 m2 / day capacity
Administration, services and accommodation building
Transformer station of total capacity of 2,500 KVA
