PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Third Party Review on the tender documents and Value Engineering.
Turner "PM of UTC" assigned PACER Consultants to undertake a review of the developed tender packages to verify the completion, code compliance and constructability of the package (Drawings, Specs, Calculations & BOQs).
Villages Z3 is a residential village located in a strategic position in the west end of Uptown Cairo. Village Z3 area is 89,992 m2 and split operationally and contractually into two phase. Phase 1 of area 60,000 m2 while phase 2 area is 29,992 m2.
