PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants was honored to join Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers’ Design Competition.
The Project area is 302,500 m2 and it was designed according to the LEED guides.
Three levels of creative external spaces were created to serve the residents of the complex:
Children areas in between the buildings
Public spaces to practice physical activity and enjoy nature
Commercial, entertainment and restaurants
