PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants' scope of work included Design Concept and Elevation Alternative.
The design of the Resort was developed to host 160 residential units, 150 rooms hotel, six playgrounds, swimming pools and water features.
The design encouraged the presence of wide private gardens for the ground floor units, and a pedestrian network across the projects.
The design gives the flexibility of adding 40 residential units in the future.
