PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Project Management in cooperation with Hosny Group.
The gated residential development composed of mid-rise apartment buildings, stream 1 consists of 7 blocks and stream 2 consists of 5 blocks.
The blocks apartment ranged in size from 126 to 330 M2 offering 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with a limited number of 4 bedroom duplexes.
