PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants won the 1st prize in 2012 Competition held by Alexandria Governorate.
Mansheya Square located in the central area of downtown Alexandria, a location rich with architectural heritage buildings.
Yet there is a current need for solving Vehicles and Pedestrian circulation, as well as reconstructing parking areas on site along with the landscaping and exterior elements arrangement to form a new Urban spirit in the center of the old town in Alexandria.
