PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project aims at revising different development programs of the city with a view on existing conditions and preparation of detailed development schemes for the first district’s central spine.

Scope of services include:

Preparation of housing and services facilities program
Urban design
Detailed infrastructure networks plan
