PACER Consultants' scope of work was Design management of HYATT REGENCY HOTEL & RESORT located in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. and coordination between 11 international design offices in different countries to prepare a coordinated tender package on time.
Hyatt Regency Hotel and Resort, a 432 guest room plus 60 Suites on 5 star hotel.
The total area is 268,600 square meters on two storey buildings.
