
Fathi Saleh is currently professor of computer engineering at Cairo University. He is the Founder and Emeritus Director of CULTNAT "Center for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage", which is a part of Bibliotheca Alexandrina and supported by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. He is also the president of Herimed (Association for the documentation, preservation and valorization of Euro-Mediterranean Cultural Heritage) and member of the Supreme Council of Culture and the Board of the Director of the Supreme Council of Antiquities. During the years 1995-1997 he occupied the position of Cultural Councilor at the embassy of Egypt in Paris and from 1997-1999, he was the ambassador of Egypt to the UNESCO. Dr Saleh was graduated from the Faculty of Engineering - Cairo University and got his Ph.D. from the University of Paris – France.











Ahmed Hassan Ismail, Ph.D.
Managing DirectorAhmed H. Ismail was Associate Professor of Project Management at Civil Engineering Dept., Cairo University from 1989-1996. Dr. Ismail got his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from MIT; Massachusetts Institute of Technology 1989. He is a Major partner at PACER Consultants since 1990. He was a consultant for different Ministries: Industry, Housing, Communication, Social solidity, Supply and internal trading, Education. Dr. Ismail has also acts as a consultant/advisor for international organizations such as USAID, EU, and JICA. He was engaged over 33 years in many PM activates from the Micro level to the Macro level; in Public and Private Sectors and International Organizations. Was a director of several large scale projects such as; Nile University, EU industrial agreement, BoD General Authority for educational buildings, El-Hammam extension Canal, Transportation in Damietta branch, Dream Land project, Hyatt regency Sharm just to name a few.
Eng. Amr Ismail
Deputy Managing DirectorAmr M. Ismail is the Deputy Managing Director of PACER Consultants with more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture and Project Management. Amr holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and has professional experience leading a wide range of projects from pre-design stages, concept design, to engineering design and construction supervision. He has a very strong experience and expertise in working with private companies as well as public and semi-public organizations at various levels. He is used to work in complex international settings in which several stakeholders are actively involved. With his drive, creativity and tenacity he has contributed to the success of a wide variety of local and international projects such as ports, airports, mixed use development, industrial and residential projects.
Eng. Tamer Abou Seida
Deputy Managing DirectorTamer M. Abou Seida is the Deputy Managing Director at PACER Consultants. He is a construction engineer who has transitioned into IT management, bringing a practical, project-based mindset to leading software development, application support, and IT project management. In his role as IT Manager, he oversees all company technology needs and the implementation of systems to meet business objectives. Tamer acquired his Bachelor's degree from the American University in Cairo (AUC), majoring in Construction Project Management. With over 25 years of experience, he has successfully managed and delivered a wide array of projects. His expertise includes acting as a project manager for external entities, consistently driving projects to completion and supported corporate clients across multiple sectors for many years.
