PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Review all drawings provided by TEMSA, Evaluation of architectural and landscape design and advise necessary modifications whenever required.
Follow up with involved contractors, suppliers, and ensure fulfillment of contract, Prepare the project master time schedule, cash flow for project activities, and update schedules according to actual performance on site, Coordination with different involved parties, Quality control through monitoring items executed by suppliers and contractors, and apply required tests, Mechanical & structural; engineering services, Follow up project items through maintenance period and giving instructions to contractors and suppliers to perform repairs of any defects that appear.
The plant occupies 52,000 m2 (12 Feddans). It included a lounge with an area of 27,000 m2 in addition to an administration, utilities and services buildings.
