PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project is part of the North West Coast potential land reclamation. This extension includes the construction of El Bostan Main Canal, 3 branch canals, 7 drains and all he infrastructure required to reclaim 155,000 Feddans.

Scope of services included:

Pre-construction Phase: Field inspection and data collection, Review of existing design and optimizing them, Prepare tender documents, drawings and contracts, Issue bid packages, Evaluate tenderers and assist with contract award
II.Construction Phase: Develop and control all construction schedules, Quantity Survey, Ensure quality control, Control cash flow, Issue certificates of substantial completion, Assist with arbitration and litigation, Monitoring the performance of the project for one commissioning year
