PACER Consultants' scope of work for AYAT MECCA HOTEL located in Mecca. KSA. It included architectural design development, architectural working drawings structural design, HVAC and mechanical design, power and lighting design, preparation of tender documents and project management.
The foot print is 2,400 m2 Basement floor, ground floor and 10 floors with total built-up area of 24,000 m2.
