PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Habitat Furniture plant has an area of 35,000 m2. PACER Consultants' scope of work was:
Full architectural and layout design works, structural design, water supply system, sewage system, fire fighting system, lighting and power system, CCTV, telephones & public address system and HVAC.Preparing and issuing tender packages and assist in contracts award for the successful bidders.
Supervision of site work activities of the contracted scope of works and ensuring quality standards of work executed by different parties.
Operation testing and handling over.
Follow up of the project’s raised issues through maintenance period.
