PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants’ scope of work included Concept Design and Detailed Design in Jubail, KSA.
The Residential Complex consists of 104 Villas Type A (3 bedrooms), 163 Villas Villas Type B (2 bedrooms), 3 apartments building with a mix of 2 bedrooms apartments and studios in addition to services building.
All units has at least one parking slot, for the villas it is included near the entrance, while for the apartments the basement is used to accommodate the required parking spaces in addition to service rooms.
