New Extension of Water Plant for 6th October City
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project’s aim was making an extension of modem water works in the 6th of October City, South West of Cairo to cope with the increasing demand for treated water. The first stage of the water works was a discharge rate of 1 M3 | second to serve 250,000 inhabitants. The rapid growth of the city elevated the demand for treated water beyond the capacity of the existing plant. Accordingly it was decided to increase the capacity of the facilities of the city to 2 M3 / second.
Scope of Services included Detailed specifications, Detailed drawings, Providing catalogues related to different equipment forming the contract.
