PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants’ scope of work was Design services of all disciplines, BIM LOD 300.
Gated residential development with a total area of 190 Feddans where 92% of the land is dedicated for the development of an integrated urban community with a total area of 175 Feddans that will be developed on 3 phases.
The project comprise of 6 Types distributed on residential complex and including water features, gates as well as ancillary buildings.
The types comprise mainly of separate villas, Twin houses and apartments.
