PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants were awarded an Honorable mention for Designing housing models for three regional zones in Egypt
Upper Egypt Zone
Central Cairo Zone
Northern Coastal Zone
Works included designing 2 residential sizes of units for Every sector: (270 m2 apartment) and (250 m2 apartments).
Design included urban Master plan for each zone considering the Cultural and Climate diversity.
