PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants role was to provide design of 4 types of villas, design coordination and review for the other 9 types, construction supervision of the whole project, Architectural, Structural, Power and Lighting, HVAC, Mechanical, and landscaping design, workshop drawings, presentation animation and construction, and project management services for the construction.
Tasks included: Planning, Scheduling, Reporting, time and cost control, Quality Control and Claims analysis.
