Suez Canal Tourism Development Plan
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The area covering this project included Port Said, Ismailia, and Suez city; referred to as the Suez Canal Zone. Studies were required for the development of international and domestic tourism and the creation of local recreation projects in this area.
Studies carried out separately for each city and were then compiled together to set the whole development plan: (Port Said city, Ismailia city, Suez city).
The study also took into consideration the potential visitors to Sinai through the tunnel of Ahmed Hamdi, tourists to Ayun Mousa Oasis and planned for developing a base for short excursions to the historic sites.
