PROJECT DESCRIPTION
PACER Consultants’ scope of work included a complete preliminary design supported with full set of drawings was presented including design of basin bank protection slopes as well as proposing guidance and recommendations for reducing operational hazards and environmental aspects.
Sokhna Port is located at south of Suez Gulf and considered one of the gigantic projects with respect to maritime transport in Egypt.
In order to diversify and integrate the port activities the Sokhna Port Development Company Decided to provide bunkering service for the ships.
PACER Consultants were assigned the task of preparing the preliminary design of this service.
